It stores your physical therapy exercises, helps keep you on schedule and reminds you how the exercises are done. You can read, relax or just chill while doing your exercises because you don't need to count the seconds or remember the number of reps anymore. It also features calendar alerts so you don't forget when to do each of your exercises. HTP does it all for you. By keeping you on track, HTP provides an essential tool to keeping you healthy. It helps you maintain physical strength, prevents high cost of medical care, and helps you stick with your health and wellness plan so you can have a great quality of life. Is your exercise missing? We will create and put it on the app for you.
